Woods & Co are seeking a hands-on and values-driven Restaurant Manager to take the reins of a well-known high-performing venue in Casuarina. Backed by a national hospitality group, this is a long-term leadership opportunity offering real autonomy, strong support and structured career growth. The role kicks off with an 8-week fully paid onboarding program in Western Australia. All flights, accommodation and living expenses are covered while you work side by side with senior operators, learning the systems, culture and expectations of the business before stepping into leadership at the Darwin site. The venue already has a strong team in place but we’re looking for someone to build on that foundation. Your leadership will shape the service standard, team culture and business performance. What’s on offer: $85,000–$90,000 Super Bonus. 8 weeks of paid onboarding and accommodation in WA (flights, hotel, per diem all covered). Ongoing support from a seasoned Area Manager and People team. A values-led, people-first workplace with a national presence. Autonomy and respect to lead your venue your way — with tools and support behind you. Strong internal development pathways. What you’ll be doing: Leading the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant, including P&L, stock control, rostering, compliance, and people management. Setting clear standards on service, speed, and quality — and leading from the front. Coaching, training, and developing a team to deliver consistent results and uphold brand values. Driving KPIs across cost of goods, labour management, and guest satisfaction. Building strong community relationships and engaging with local initiatives. Creating a workplace culture built on accountability, transparency, and mutual respect. What we’re looking for: Experience in a leadership role within hospitality — ideally QSR, casual dining, or fast-paced venues. Strong operational knowledge across financials, compliance, and team management. A confident, grounded leader who leads by example and builds strong team culture. Solid communication skills and a passion for developing people. Ability to relocate or commit to Darwin long-term. Full working rights in Australia and availability to travel for onboarding.
